I've struggled for 2 months now--about to wave white flag
It's been two months since I have had a steady weight loss. Since 10/12 I have gained and lost the same 3-5lbs weekly. I know my body has taken a tremendous hit loosing the amount of weight that I have, but I am so discouraged. I have seriously tried to hang in there, thanks to the support of my MFP friends, I keep…

Just weighed in and sadly crying like a baby
I have been on my journey to health since March 3 and have moved through my weight loss loosing 92lbs to date. When I stepped on the scale this a.m. my weight was up four pounds. Need Help busting through a plateau
Since July 13 I have weighed exactly the same with some days actually weighing half a pound more. I'm getting so discouraged! I started my weight loss journey in March and have lost 63lbs since then. When I joined MFP I realized that I had to decrease my former 1500 cals a day down to about 1200 in order to continue a…

Power through Pain
I'm new--so sure this topic has come up before.... I just started exercising in a concerted way and feel awful.. I have bad knees from a car accident (had an emergency brake go through one of them when my car was crushed hitting a tree). I know I have to move if I want to continue to loose (lost 65 so far) but after I walk…
