GREAT! I knew you could do it! I started a blog on here about my runs, but I quit blogging a little bit ago when my husband got sick. I signed up for it. I don't go to the gym, but it is synced with runkeeper. I did a trial (didn't put payment info in there yet) to see if it had problems syncing and getting credit for my runs. No problems! I will be signing up with payment info in a few mins.

I figure up approximately how far i jog during jog phases to figure out how many minutes per mile... then i log jogging time and walking time.

I'm not sure which diet you are on or if you are just trying to eat healthier. I would probably go with Chickpea, potato and spinach curry with rice... that's just me though. :) Enjoy it!
