I hate being sick...

Last week I was sick for 4+ days and it threw off my routine that I FINALLY got myself into, which I was quite proud of since I have done zero exercising in years. I started getting back into my routine yesterday and just couldn't mentally get into it. I have to give myself credit though for getting SOME running in, although not as much as I had planned. I just hope I can get back into it again tomorrow but the key thing is that I'm not going to give up!! Thanks for listening, but just had to get it out there and off of my mind to hopefully get myself 100% motivated again like I was before being sick....

    I FULLY Understand this.
    Today is my off day, but I'm sick. Tomorrow I should comeplete week 4. How sick is too sick? I really *really* don't want to get off track. I know me, once I break it... it's over...

    I lost 6 pounds the week I was sick (touch of stomach bug)...just couldn't get myself on the treadmill. I just hope to get back into the groove ASAP. I just try to keep the good feeling I had being consitant in my mind. Good luck to you and feel better soon!

    I am sick right now, smack dab in the middle of Insanity, yesterday was supposed to be day 3 of recovery week but I had to skip it, I had a fever of 102, I have strep, bleh. But I feel better today, not 100% but I will push through my workout when I get home! For me if I take more than 2 days off in a row I feel really off. Get back to it!
