Which is the best option?

I am going to the theatre tomorrow night and they serve food but I don't know which is the best option out of these

Chicken Tikka Masala served with Basmati Rice, Naan bread& Poppadums
Chickpea, Potato & Spinach Curry served with Basmati rice, Naan bread & Poppadums
Homemade British Beef or Mediterranean Vegetable Lasagne served with a Rocket Salad & Garlic, Herby Slices
Chilli Con Carne (Meat or Vegetable) served with Basmati Rice,Tortilla Chips & Sour cream
Battered Crispy Cod & Chunky Chips served with Peas,Tartar Sauce & a Fresh Lemon Wedge
Homemade Soup & Crusty Roll

I don't really want to just eat soup but I don't want to eat a load of empty calories either

    I'm not sure which diet you are on or if you are just trying to eat healthier.
    I would probably go with Chickpea, potato and spinach curry with rice... that's just me though. :)

    I'm just trying to eat healthier, but I was thinking the chickpea curry too and not have the naan bread or the poppadoms. Thanks
