I eat whatever I like so long as it fits within my calorie budget (1450). I also workout, but I don't eat back all of my calories burned.

I lost 50lbs in 16 weeks. It was a lot of work in regards to commitment to eating at a calorie deficient and working out. I started at 262lbs and I'm 5'11". Everyone's journey is different. Good luck!

Eat at a calorie deficit and you'll lose weight. I eat everything I used to but now I monitor my portions and count the calories. You can still eat your favorites eg chocolate or baked beans on toasts, but just make sure it fits within your calories for the day.

I got crafty over the weekend and took in all of my husband's business shirts and pants. He's still losing and his shirts are only a months or two old, so we thought it was worth taking them in... once he loses more, we'll donate them. I get a receipt from Goodwill and claim it on our tax :D
