turbo fire is awesome for burning calories!!!!!!! i focused more on cardio to lose the weight and now i think chalean extreme would be great to tone things up. a hybrid of both would be fun :)

Thanks for the replies, no im not under weight. I have a bmi of 23.4, thats the higher end of normal. I just wanted to know if the whole cycle thing has messed up before for any one and the situation. Thanks ladies

DONT TRUST the machines!!! I work at a gym and the personal trainers say the machines are ridiculous. And low and behold, after i went out and bought a HRM that plugs in my height, weight, age, sex..... it gives me a completely different reading the the machines! And this is even after i plug my weight and age into those…

yup i'll add in with the p90x, i didnt sweat much and didnt burn very many calories so i switched it up to turbo fire (another beach body product) and no that ive lost some weight i want to also incorporate p90x to help tone things up and get some definition. BUT i need heavier weights so i've been slacking on the weight…

you can put some dvd's on hold at your local library, or netflix has workouts.....i'm doing turbo fire on days i dont run and love it!!!

i have it as well and LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! Its nice to finally know what i'm Really burning vs. the readings on the gym machines! One time i was spinning for 30 in and the bike said 500+ calories and in reality it was only like 275!!! so i really think since ive bought my watch and have been logging in the right calories…

Maybe start out with slim in 6 ( from beach body as well) then move on to the more extreme work outs :)

ive never done chalean extreme ( i have chaleans other videos turbo fire) but i always use p90x as my go to videos for strength training. There long, but so worth the time you put in to them. They call it extreme because it is!!! Tony hortons a funny guy!!1

im on week 2 of turbo fire and its the best ever! I have zumba, and p90x but nothing has burnt this many calories!!!!
