how many calories do 'YOU' aim to burn for work outs?
I was just wanting to know what others normally think is enough of a burn for their work outs. I feel like a bum if i do anything less then 400 for working out. p90x and putting in calories burnt into MFP?
How do you put in your calories burnt when finished with your work outs? I can see that i burnt about 299 calories in after doing chest and back and Ab ripper x, but when i logged it in i put it under strength which of course isnt something that takes away calories away on MFP. so what do you do/ done?

leg pains ( shin splints) making my work outs not 100%
So i've purchased new running shoes about two weeks ago and now the pains aren't when/while i run, but after. And the day after.... work outs for the tummy??
So I've been doing lots of cardio lately. Zumba, running, biking....but nothing to focus just on this tummy. Any one have any luck with a program/ class/ or activity that targets that area? Ive had four kids so this is a hard spot for me to lose from.
