BOOKS! I am a book worm and have a hunger ( not just for sweets!) for knowledge!
I am currently reading - Master Your metabolism by Jillian Michaels. next is her Making the Cut.
some i own and haven't even started are the Eat clean Diet by Tosca Reno (sp?) And The flat belly diet.
I found The abs diet for women to be pretty helpful too.
So i would like to know - What health/ diet books have you read and thought were great??? My thoughts are, the more i read the better i can come to a medium that works for me. KWIM???

    they come highly recommended.
