lol don't worry...my friends and i had parties on halloween, last week, and this week to watch. we go all out too...ice cream, brownies...and we make sure everyone is out of the house so they aren't annoyed by our screaming! lol!

i LOVE dancing with the stars! i honestly don't know who i want to win...at first i wanted jr to win. he of course has an amazing story and even when the judges say he didn't dance well, he never breaks down and he always has a smile on his face. however, watching rob dance last night, i almost started pulling for him…

well, it looks like most of your sugar is coming from fruit. don't punish yourself for that! obviously starbucks drinks have a lot of sugar, but we all need a treat sometimes! :) as long as you stay under your calories and keep up with the natural sugars, you should be fine! good luck!

YES. since i'm kind of young to be doing this (18) i constantly have people calling me anorexic. i got no support from friends, only weird looks and constant offerings of cake and ice cream. it bothered me so much that i have started to binge eat and have gained a huge amount of weight back. its so frustrating!

um. YES. ever since school started, i am being ridiculously bad about snacking...every time i sit down to do homework, i'm like "oh my gosh i'm so hungry" and eventually i give in because i figure its better not to be distracted. yes i know...SO bad. don't know what to do!

arggh i have this issue so often...the awful thing is, ever since i have gotten on here, it has gotten worse. i don't know what to do, but i am going the wrong way on the scale! :( :( :(

bump! i feel like these goals are good, but the scale isn't always nice...and its frustrating when you can see changes in your body, but not on the scale!
