I used to drink soda everyday but I too work at a subway so its tough. I switched to diet which isn't much better for me but I refuse to drink my calories.

Generally a plateu happens when your body grows accustomed to your exercise routine. So change it up a little. For example if you are running, increase your speed and decrease your time until you can do the increased speed for the normal amount of time.

I'd like to be at 155 by Christmas. That is 21 pounds. I best get going!

I try to average 1,500. Yesterday I was 200 under today I'm 200 over. But in general 1,500 is my goal.
