Let me just says that I seldomly have a left over in my plate. Small portion? Big portion? I have no problem cleaning it. I also have lots of chips and starbucks drink too many times as well.

I just prefer bread because it is quick and it take less time to clean up. Anyway, I am going to do grocery shopping today, so anybody have any idea of which bread is the best among these 3? I know they doesn't seems good but it is as good as gets here so far. (-__-)

I know they are crap but these 3 are the brand that have the most whole wheat flour as an ingredient. The first 2 doesn't list fiber in their nutrition fact, just protein, fat, carb and sodium in their label so I leave them blank..

Just finish my 3rd cheat day, today were cookies, and pie and eat my good old favorite dish which I haven't eat for years-fried rice made from shrimp fat and shrimp shumai. ^__^ I still have some of the calories left so maybe I might also have some cakes tomorrow. My sodium today just flew out of the charge though.

I am in Southeast Asia and people here are saying that too. Many of them say that if they don't have rice (presumably white since it is what most of them eat) include in each meal, it's not filling for them. Yet here in the west, it's the opposite... :\
