My situation is probably different from you guys. First of all, I am in Asia and most of the place, I think 98% of places here don't have nutritional info like it is in the US. :( So ever since I tried to lose weight, I did stop eating many things, including things that I don't know their exact calories value. So there are…

I'm curious about this also...(Sorry if I seems to hijack the thread) ^^;; -Do you bank your calories before the day or do you eat less and/or exercise more the day after? ...Also will it be alright if there are 2 cheat days in a week instead of one?

Also, I'd like to adjust my macro/micro right from the phone apps too.

945 kcal. I was stress and came home eating like 10 or a dozen of cookies or so...*sighs*

Separate sugar section into Natural sugar and artificial sugar please.

I share your frustration. Same situation here. It's so hard estimate calories here too because most of the food here is heavily rely on sauce/seasoning and oil.

I weight them but I am not sure would it make any different if I weight them all together or weight them separately. I am a novice in cooking and sometimes I don't even know the names of green in my salad plate. :embarassed:

I not intended to stop logging, just want to take a brake from it for once in a while. I live in Asia and most food don't provided its nutrition info so it's hard for me when I have to go out eating with people/family-it's hard for my family too when they are picking place to eat with me. There are many things I want to…

I understand that. However, what I am want to know is would it make me gain weight back if I don't watch what I am eating and don't logging calories for only a week or two?

I have a fitbit but it is not waterproof so I can't use it to determine that. >< I ask because I usually spend 45-1hr+ in the shower and it taking longer times than other people around me. Just curious that's all. =P

Thanks all for the answer. Yes, the dressing is what I am concern about. At the place I frequent, they have the Japanese style salad dressing so I am not quite sure how to count it. I figure it is around 150-200kcal per cup though.

I eat one thing at a time and I mostly don't mind eating things plain with no condiment. Drive my mom crazy because she likes to add sauce or condiment on anything.

I totally related. I am Asian and is in South East Asian at the moment. I am almost at my goal weight now ( goal weight is 52kg, current weight is around 56kg and start weight was 68-69kg) yet when I go out to buy clothes, I still have to buy their large size outfit. :(

Thanks all for the reply. :D I am trying to make Thai spicy stir fry meat with basil so a lots of chilli is required, and it goes well with crispy fried egg. The authentic recipe actually use more chilli than what I am planning to use-like a fistful of them. Last time I made it, I used 3 peppers but it's not that spicy so…

Thanks for the answer. :) I will have to brace myself and wait to see for the next few weeks then. Also another question, I should stick to eating to my increase calories intake, correct? I am so tempted to decrease my daily calories today now.
-
Yes, I usually under my cals for 50cals -100cals a day. Find something to eat more and then I will usually go over on more than one macro and go over my calories intake per day.

Thanks all for the answer. :) Ah, sorry to make it confusing, I didn't mean my daily goal for fat is 20gram. My daily fat goal is around 48 gram but I usually go over it, yet I tried to keep it within 20-30 gram range. I know it's not much and it's OK once in a while to go over on sugar and fat but I keep going over with…
