I usually have 2 stick of kitkat or a small bar of chocolate if I want to crunch on something. Apple is nice too, I like Gala and Granny Smith. Sometimes if calories allow, i will just have 2 slice of bacon. Almond or any type os good to but it is one of my trigger food. ^_^;

Or maybe it depends on how fast you are eating. I have read that it takes about 20min for people to realized that you are now fulled. After you are eating something, give your body times to registered that, otherwise you can continue eating until you are overly stuffed. :)

I love crunchy food and I like something cold and sweet, ice cream, jello, cake, pie....when I have a craving, I eat apple when I have late night craving for something sweet or crunchy. I also sometimes had a slice of bread with 1-2 teaspoon of Nutella instead of its usual serving size. For something else crunchy, I…

1. How long have you been maintaining? Almost a year. 2. Did you adjust your initial goal? Yes 3. Did you begin the transition to maintenance before you actually hit your goal? No 4. Did you gradually increase your calories or bump up to maintenance level all at once? I did it slowly. 5. How hard or easy has it been to…

For now that I am maintaining, I always have some of them Calories left over. If I am hungry, I'd snack on something but if I am not hungry, I will just leave it at that. *Used to go crazy to hit my Calories goal....I was still under my Calories goal yet woke up gaining, highly possible from too much sodium.* Even though I…

My current weight is around 51Kg, and once it goes up to 52.7+ kg or so then that's when I start to get worried and start watch what I eat closely again.

I had Vegetable Chirashi Sushi with mini bowl of clear udon soup as a side. I proclaim it is "the best" vegetarian dish I had in my life. BTW, can anyone who knows about sushi tell me how calories it is? I think I went wayyyy overboard today with this dish, was going to weight the food but the table there is too small to…

My goal is around 70-80gram but I usually end up go over it. It is one of my problem...always go over or wayy over in this department, even more than carb.... :\

Savory: Japanese food in general, or Ikura Don to be specific,or some nice pasta, pizza, real huge juicy burger, steak, dimsum, Hinanese Chicken Rice, Rice with braised pork lrg in 5spice sauce and...um....garlic bread, the kind that is crispy outside and soft and chewy inside. But if I have to choose one of them, it is…

I do tried but some of the food I tried to log is not in the database, or there is in MFPDB but the data is different or incomplete (doesn't list in macronutrient and such) then I don't know which one has the right information.

Anyone? Bump

I think it depends on the food, if it is high in sodium or have a huge serving and the person sleep for 4-5 hours only, then you might gain temporary weight from water weight. It is not the weight gain from fat though. :) So if you are hungry, enjoy your food.

I think many confuse being a jerk as being sincere and confused being nice/polite as being untrustworthy. :sick:

^^ This +1 Also even when measuring liquid in volume can be quite complicate seeing that a even a cup unit in Asia, Europe and North Amercia is different. I love gram unit the most thought, I found it is more accurate than an Oz.

Most of the time, butter. I do use Earth Balance too, which some counted as margarine. :\
-
As long as it is around 110-114lb, I am ok with that. If I am weight more than this, it's time to watch what I eat once again. =P

I try to hot my macro goal for protein and fat daily. I watch my sodium intake because it's easily to gain weight from sodium here in Asia. Lately I also tries to lower my carb intake too because just like sodium it cause me gain weight back easily and it takes a few days for it to get back to normal. I have a question…

Just log in and happy to see this new section on the board. :) I have been in maintenance for almost a year now. It is still an trial and error for me to find my right TDEE to eat. I am still weight, count and log my food daily though and even until now I am still afraid of overeating things. >.<

I'd prefer to have choices to choose what unit to log the measurement. Some of the data that are input by MFP has this option where I can choose to log in gram, Oz, tbsp, tsp in one item but most of them are not. Oh I am not the American but I prefer to use USDA database though because it have data on potassium level in…
