Dumb question but I have always curious over this since I usually take a long time in a bathroom cleaning myself. I did google around but the answer are varies. :\ Any idea how many it is?

To lose fat, you must exercise for more than 30 min?
I have heard some trainer telling people about this. Is this true? Also is after working out, such as running, even less than 30min if my body heat up a lot, does that means my metabolism goes up and it is burning fat after I exercise?

Logging food, does variety of the food type matter?
For example, when you are logging apple (Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, Envy) or Lettuce (green oak, red oak, romain, butterhead, oak leaf) or Mussel (Blue lipped mussel, green lipped mussel) or Mackerel fish with various kind of mackerel, do the calories of this food vary much or it can be count into one?

How much oil ?
I had to eat out today at a fancy chinese place. They had deep fried Tilapia, I weight it and the fish I ate is 150 gram-I ate a lot for protein. How much oil should I log in this dish? I google it and usually it takes 1/2 cup or 125 ml to fried the a whole fish? Should I log the oil this much and skip dinner?

Just curious, once you are in maintenance, how often do you weight yourself? Is it different from the time you are trying to lose? I am still weight myself every morning just to remind myself not to get too confident and overeat things in a day. What about your?
