Tracking oil in food when eating out..?

How much oil do you guys usually estimate and log when you are eating out and have something like grilled meat/ stir fry/ roast dish? I usually log it 1-2 tablespoon of oil per dish. I am not sure I underestimate it or not. This week I tried logging it 2 tablespoon per dish and now my graph shows that I am way over in fat and calories add up quickly.

So I want to know how much oil usually left in food after it has been cooked in general...and how much do you usually log it?

I don't normally try to break down each ingredient in my meal when I eat out. I will first see if the restaurant has the nutritional facts posted online or will find a restaurant that does and use a similar menu item, last choice is to just guess the total calories and use the quick add.

Unless you eat out very often, being a little off occasionally isn't going to put you off track of your goals.

I learned early on using MFP that being too OCD about tracking wasn't doing me anything but increase my stress level.
