Should I change my macro?

I am on a maintenance mode currently, and recently try to increase my exercise a bit. Currently my macro is 40% carb/30% protein/30% fat.
I usually do brisk walking, running for about an hour in the morning and in the evening on week days and have 2 rest days on the weekend when I just reduce it to light walk or light cardio for a shorter time. I do it in front of TV-during the time slot of rerun of the show I don't mind watching it, when the music in the TV is fast pace, I run/ brisk walking, when the music is slow...I walk slow...Not sure it is a good routine or not but it keeps my exercise not too boring...
Do I need to change my macro? I just afraid that I have set my carb ratio too high or so.
