I live in Asia, foods here are mostly relied on seasoning, soy sauce, fish sauce, 5 spice powder is the norm here. I know many says avoid process food, but it doesn't matter here because fresh food here are also high in sodium.

If I eat food with high sodium almost every day, will the water weight keep accumulating and I will keep gaining weight more and more or my body will later get used to it and balance out of its own?

I don't really know the answer but I imagine it depends. Some people eat high sodium diets and never have any affects, for others it cause hgih BP and bloating. I think the only way to know is to see what it does to you. Exercise (sweat) can get rid of sodium, as can drinking a lot of water. And if you eat a high potassium diet bloating is less likely.

I am trying to increase my work out right now and try to drink a lots of water already, including try to eat more potassium rich food-fruit and vegetable. Yet, then I will have problem with not be able to get enough protein macro instead when I tried to balance out potassium and sodium.
