I usually have canned Tuna and maybe add 1-2 boiled eggs for my first meal of the day. For cereal I either have All Bran or Post Shredded Wheat to eat.

This week, I am a bit more active than usual for 3 days-today is the 3rd day, I have managed to keep my deficit in check so far except today that I had to eat out. Yes, only this week though, my daily has gone more hectic than usual this week. :ohwell: Yet, I have read that some average it per week, or per month. Some just…

I preplan it roughly because sometimes my daily schedule change in a mid day or so. I lately eat all the protein in the morning though, just to make sure I got enough protein during the day-just in case my schedule changed. =P My usual breakfast is 1 boiled egg and 1 can of Tuna.

Are you talking about Char siu Bao or Zhurou Bao? I live in Asia, from what I have known, they usually add fat/lard to help with flavoring. This include all kind of Dimsum, Hakao and Shumai included.

It is Wall's, owned by Unilever. I don't think the brand is available in the US though. I had about 80-90 gram of it. Call them is a good idea, just to get things clear for once.
-
I doubt it, Wall's is a big company. I don't think the will give a hoot over this. :\ I know. At first I thought I log it wrong or there is a typo on their part but I check the box 4th time already. I even took the picture of the label but it is not in English, so it's hard to show it around. :\

Around 1700 for now.

Thank you for your answer wfte. That's a relief to hear that I am not doing anything wrong this time. :D

Hi, sorry that I make it sounds confusing. I am doing a reset and planned to lose a few pound. I was on VLCD and started eating around 800 cals from the last 2 weeks of May to the end of July and start doing the reset on August. I was eating at 1641 cals based from scooby's sites for 2-3 weeks. Then I got a Fitbit and…

The other has explain the other aspect of them all so I just come in to says sushi is actually high in carb because of the short grain rice. They may looks small but you have to be careful with them. One package of sushi can goes up to 600+ kcal a meal. http://www.eiyoukeisan.com/JapaneseFoodCalorie/zryouri/sushi.html…

Well Golden Pillow is nice. I hardly tried any other kind though and I seldomly buy it. I prefer Durian in its preserve form though, not make my hands messy after eating it.

I am in Asia. :( Most of the food packaging here doesn't have the standardize nutrition label, they just list the ingredient in percent instead.
-
Thanks for the link, however what I am curious is not to convert mg to gram or vice versa. What I mean is when the pakage label only tell the percentage such as: Whole Wheat Flour 17% Oil 15% Egg Yolk 9% When calculating liquid based ingredient (oil, egg yolk, milk, ketchup, honey) Does the calculation work the same as…

Whenever I try to eat clean, I usually have salmom, canned tuna, yogurt and eggs. Sometimes if I have a bit of calories left I have biscuits, peanut butter, legumes, nuts or ice cream. If I eat out I usually stick to Salmon or any dish that I can tell what is in it in big pieces.

I had the same problem last month. I ate under my TDEE for around 3 weeks then I got a fitbit. I sent my message to KIki to ask her what to do and the summary is to start eating your TDEE for another 8 weeks. You may also have to wait and average out your TDEE for a week first before you start resetting. Good luck to you.

Ah, so there is a formular for this. Thanks, this is my first time trying to lose weight so I have got many questions. BTW, I didn't went up a pound, I lost it. My waistline and hip gain more inches though.
-
As a sidenote, I weight myself this morning and lost a pound. Is it because of I have been much more active this past 3 days, water retention level off or because of the reset? :indifferent:

It is not just one day, but I do it quite often. I also overeat again today, not by choices though. *sighs* I don't do weight lifting, when I exercise for now, I just speedwalk and do a light jog in my room for about 1 hour. I do have to take care of 19 cats in my house though-I am a crazy cat lady. My mainly routine…

Thanks for the input, I guess I will try continue eating at 1700kcal for a few weeks first and see how my weight will be. I have to admit though, lately I got fed up with cleaning kitchen utensils and I ate bad quite often recently and probably this will be going on for a long while - Bad housing situation, my home is in…
