I am not going to say anything against her. Smartphone nowaday can be considered as a fashion accessory but it could be useful when your child needs some help from something mundane to life and death situation. Regardless of the child's age, I think it depends on how each person utilize their phone to its maximum usage.

As for why I slowly upping my cal for 50kcal per week, I'm not sure about My body fat% and my TDEE level yet and I'm afraid that I will eat over my TDEE. So I guess I will try to slowly upping my cal for now and maybe later I might go straight eating to my TDEE when I'm close to reset my metabolism. Will it work if I do that? I don't. I used to speedwalk and running for awhile but now I'm extremely sedated because I have a bad back. Most of the time when I got up from bed/chair my back hurt and sometimes the pain goes to my left knee too. There are some days I don't feel it though but then soon, the pain comes back later another day. :\
