My new mantra - don't cheat when you eat. If you eat it add it to your food diary. Be accountable but don't lay any guilt trips on yourself. Take it one day at a time and keep your eyes on your goal. The tools here make it real easy to do that.

One day at a time is definitely the way to go. You will be surprised at how full you will be when you make wiser choices in the foods you eat. Plus so much of our eating is mindless and not out of hunger, at least for me that is the way it was.
