I started out at 300lbs and turned my garage into a gym. Invested in some weights from Academy and a stationary bike. Wife bought me a treadmill for Christmas one year but I was still over weight and the treadmill had a limit of 250lbs so it wouldn't work till I was under that weight limit. Throughout my journey I stayed…

When I'm Done with my workouts I am drenched from head to toes literally. Shoes are soaked in sweat and have to wash them twice a week. I sweat like It's No joke and i am currently consuming 1 gallon of water a day.

Even in my dreams I'm killing the gym! Wife wakes me up asking if I was okay cause I kept twitching my arms?!? I told her I was working out!

I recommend doing some weight training first then save your cardio session for after weight training so you don't use up all that energy in cardio then your weight training session will suffer Big time so hit the weights Heavy and hard to tighten up some of the loose skin as well. The more muscle you pack on the more…

My protein intake is pretty high and has been for the past 1,000 days. I feel fine. I Keep my intake high and carbs low with high fat as well. No problems here!
-
to much cardio my friend! bring your cardio down to 30-45 min a day after your weight training of course. You want enough energy to get you thru your weight training that way you wont be bummed out if you do cardio before hand. also check your sodium intake if its to high that's where your extra pounds are coming from.…

I learned that is very important to monitor what you put in your mouth if you are trying to take your physique to the next level. Before this I was eating everything in sight and not worried about what other people thought of my weight. I was comfortable in my size 48 inch pants LOL, Not really but I didn't care! Now its a…

Sounds like your metabolism has come to a hault. Continue to do what you are doing for another 4-6 weeks and if body fat is still stagnant add a cheat meal not a cheat day just a cheat meal after your 4-6 weeks is up and see if that gets the ball rolling in the right direction. It should help kick start your metabolism…

I have been weighing my food cooked for the past couple of years and steady dropping weight. Its really no biggie IMO just as long as you weigh your food. The app on my phone has the barcode scanner so you can scan the code and all the info will pop up for that serving. after a while of doing this you will train yourself…

Invest in a Heart rate monitor to keep track of calories burned. H.I.I.T. has an advantage of keeping the calories burning even after your workout. So the calories burned on your HRM will be low but the calories after you are done will continue to increase. H.I.I.T. is only recommended 3 times per week the other days I…

You kicked fat in the *kitten*! Way to go!

Awesome transformation brother! I will hit my 3 year mark in November and will continue to kick *kitten* in the gym and in the kitchen for as long as I live. I don't look back at where I use to be and how I let myself go for the worse I focus on small goals and crush them daily with the help of determination/motivation and…
-
Heart monitors are accurate and are a good investment if you want to keep track of calories burned. I never eat back the calories burned and honestly wouldn't want to cause my body fat percentage will become stagnant and weight loss as well. calories burned are calories burned.
-
I will hit my 3 year mark in November. I am in the same boat as far as staying away from sugars and carbs cause it puts the weight on me fast. Low carb high protein/fat intake while in a deficit is what I've been doing for the past couple of years. Congrats on your weight loss keep killing it!

Bump your calories up a couple hundres and continue doing what you are doing now as far as exercise. Your metabolism might of slowed down some depending on how long you been at 1200 cals. Try High Intensity Interval Training 3 day out of the week with some weight training to keep your body burning those calories. Switch it…

Add me if you wish. I keep an open diary so you can go thru it and look plus I log in daily.

The amount of people with lapband procedures still eat like crap and don't exercise and still manage to lose the weight while the majority of us that have to work our *kitten* off in the gym and in the kitchen are much more appreciated IMO. I am a big believer in busting *kitten* and working for it! Its going to take time…

Been doing low carb for years. Once a week I have a high carb day to replenish my glycogen for fuel in the gym but most of the time im on low carbs. High protein/fat with low carb pretty much a ketogenic diet. add me if you like! Good Luck on your journey!

If you are eating at maintenance and still losing weight then keep it up. But the more weight you lose the higher your calories have to increase FYI.
-
Your body will eventually plateau and this is where you would have to invest in a food scale and change your routine up a bit cause for some strange reason your body will adapt to the same exercise program:mad: and you will be stuck. Just FYI for the  future.
-
Another weight loss success story this is motivational and inspiring to all that are trying to lose the weight and maintain it for life. Give yourself a big pat on the back for kicking fat in the *kitten*! Job well done!

Where is your activity level from a scale from 1-10? What does your workout routine consist of? Are you keeping track of calories burned during your workouts? If you are burning 500 calories in your workouts and training 7 days a week that is a pound of weight lost for that week. Try dropping your carbs almost to Keto and…

Leave the treadmill alone for now. Go to bodybuilding.com and pick up a free workout plan that involves weight training. Lift 7 days a week. Mon: Chest & Tri's Tue: Bi's & Back Wed: Legs & Abs Thurs: Delts & Traps Fri:Bi's & back Sat: Chest & Tri's Sun: Legs & abs. try this for a year. Keep your protein at 1-1.5 grams per…

Have you noticed the burning sensation after a couple of min taking your Multi Vitamins? If so it can be Vitamin B-3 or to much niacin in the multis. I been doing Keto for a while now and haven't noticed any of these symptoms but when I take my Multis in the AM I get a burning sensation on my face after 20 min of consuming…
