Hi my name is Elizabeth and I am just starting my weight lose journey, I have about 110 pounds I want to lose to get to my goal weight. The past few days have been really stressful. I was really looking in to getting the lap band surgery. I found out that I couldn't get it due to cash prices. However since I cant get that done I am going to do it my self!! I am sure I got the work out part down. I know what I need to work out and how much and how long.... However my only problem is the food part. I am getting overwhelmed with how much calories I need to be eatting or not eatting.... I feel like if I dont get the perfect amount of calories then I wont lose weight. Looking for some new friends who wants to do this together!

The amount of people with lapband procedures still eat like crap and don't exercise and still manage to lose the weight while the majority of us that have to work our *kitten* off in the gym and in the kitchen are much more appreciated IMO. I am a big believer in busting *kitten* and working for it! Its going to take time but time is all we have so start today and start kicking some fat in the *kitten*! Add me if you like I can share what worked for me while dropping 130lbs.0

you look quite thin to me in your profile picture,
so am kinda shocked you have 110 pounds to loose.
But if your exercising, id say start at 1200 calories, and see how you feel after the exercises
if you feel fatigued then increase calorie intake a bit, but take it steady, as no point rushing the weight loss, then start to put it back on when you cant maintain the same level of fitness over time.0 -
Hey don't stress over it so much. Just eat what you normally eat but weigh, measure and record it before you do. If you don't get it exactly correct that's okay. There is still tomorrow and weight doesn't accumulate or come off due to one bad day. You will soon learn what works for you.
If you want to feel free to add me as a friend. I'm looking to lose about 90 or 100 pounds myself . I'll be happy to help ya!0 -
You can do it. I have known people that had the surgical procedure and it worked and sadly those that had the surgery and it failed completely.
Someone already gave you advice about starting at 1200 and to then see how you feel after exercises etc. & that sounds pretty good. You can always adjust. Wish you the best….0
