  • the book wheat belly is pretty good at explaining the concept of wheat free. It was very educational for me. I choose to keep the wheat in my diet but since ready this book, I a lot more educated about the fact that wheat product are basically sugar in my body.

  • Every afternoon, I eat 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese and I mix in cubs of avocado (60g.). I really like it that way and it fills me up until my later dinner so I don't need to eat anything else from 3pm to 6:30pm.

  • Sodium is a silent killer! It can affect blood pressure and can cause heart problem and stroke. You will not see the effect of too much sodium in your body until it's too late.
