  • Sounds good to me, we need to keep each other motivated and keep this group alive. It's encouraging to help each other out with advice and motivation as new mommies. I will volunteer.
  • I like to slice up some raw veggies like green peppers or carrots to snack on at work. Also I love love love Avocados so I eat those a few times a week.   • Thank you. :) I am new to this site so I'm still trying to figure out how to do all this. I cut red meat completely out of my diet. I only eat chicken maybe once a week if that, So I mostly just eat vegetarian meals or fish. I cut out soda and sugar, and drink tons of water. That with doing cardio about 3-4 times a week is…
  • Working 10 hours shifts today and tomorrow, so not going to get much exercise in, and I have a sit down job :( But brought healthy food to eat, drinking lots of water, and jogging upstairs to go to the bathroom. So hopefully this wont hurt my progress.
  • I am finally starting to see some results, I have lost 2 lbs so far and a inch off of my waist! It makes me so happy, I just keep reminding myself that all this work is so worth it. It's getting really hard staying away from coffee and chocolate though, 5 days so far, hope It gets easier.
  • Today I have already stretched for 10 min. and did an hour of Cardio Kickboxing. I'm drinking tones of water today as well, with food that has NO saturated fat. :)
