I'm sure next week you will have a loss :) I get in the slumps where I'm not loosing anything, so I started measuring my waist, hips, thighs ext... I find that I'm loosing inches while not loosing any weight, so that helps to encourage me. I'm happy that you ladies are doing this challenge!!

Yeah I've been there :( It sucks when your working so hard and don't see results right away, kinda discouraging, but I bet ya next week will be awesome for you! Don't give up

I hope everyone is off to a good start! I know weekends can be hard for some people sticking to a diet or exercising. As for me, I am stuck at a desk working for 10 hours straight, but I brought a healthy lunch, and I plan to go for a jog later if I'm not to tired. How is everyone else doing so far?

Weighed in today at 136.5, lost a total of 6.5 lbs since starting this challenge. 5 more days to go!

SW: 143 Today: 136.5 Total loss: 6.5 lbs. I'm very happy with this especially considering I was sick for about 11 days and didn't exercise at all during that time :) Thanks for putting together this challenge, it really helped me push myself! Only 8.5 lbs left to lose till I get to my Final weight loss goal! :D

I had lost a total of 5lbs this challenge so far, but l came down with a horrible cold and have been sick since last Monday :( So I haven't exercised in over a week now, I got on the scale this morning to see how much damage it did, and I had gained almost 3 of the lbs back in just one week! ugh this was so discouraging.…

Weighed in a day late, things have been crazy and me and both the babies came down with bad colds. But I am down 1 lb. from last week .. so down 5 lbs total. 2 more weeks for another 5 lbs.Hope I can make it :)

I started walking around the neighborhood with one of my friends a few times a week. Then I started jogging with my husband. I think its easier to get motivated when you have someone that's willing to do it with you. Also if you have an xbox there is this game called My Shape Fitness Evolved, they have everything from yoga…
