Do the abductor and Adductor machines really work? Or, should I just stick to doing high inclines on the treadmill and machine squats to build strong tight legs?

Thanks for sharing, I am also trying to pull back from the meat and sugar. My husband has a big sweet tooth (but doesn't gain weight) he offers his bag of sweets and I have recently learned to say no and mean it.

Question to this group: when doing the strength training, how do you divide up the body parts you will work over the course of a week. For instance, I do legs and abs on Sunday, and was told to do chest w/triceps and back w/biceps. Can't seem to figure out if legs and abs should have two days and where shoulders should go.…
