Lean Cuisine Weight Gain?

Hello Myfitnesspal,
I have been on Lean Cuisines for a few months now. They are not very filling at first so I have had several. I am now to the point though where no matter how many I eat I keep gaining weight. Is Lean Cuisine doesn't work? I am up to at least ten a day and still keep gaining weight.
With love,
Burt

Are you eating the box? That's where the fiber is, so it will become more filling, and you can eat less of them at one sitting.

There are no bad Lean Cuisines. Only bad Lean Cuisine choices.0

Bacon is all you need to lose weight. Everything else is useless.0

Ten times 360 equals sodium ^ sodium and calories!0

Just say no to boxed processed food - so much healthier to make something using fresh ingredients.0

youre getting NO micros, no real food, minimal fiber, and if you're eating 10, 300-350cal meals, that well over 3000 calories a day and SKY HIGH sodium soooooooooobasically its a pretty f***ed diet....try eating real food0

It's because they're full of negative calorie foods. You're going into starvation mode. You should eat at least 5 more a day.0

Only 5? I'd say you need at least double the dosage...0 -
