Thank you, everyone for the support!!!!! I am proud of myself for getting through the fit test. OH WOW did it tell me I was out of shape. ha ha I didn't puke and I didn't quit! Ready to tackle day two tonight. Everyone said my legs would be sore...but my upper body is sore! I think I tried way too hard on the jack push ups…

I'm always a day behind! Yesterday I finally completed the 150 calf raises..but didn't get to the 50 push ups. I might just close my office door and knock them out this morning!! Adding 300 Jumping Jacks to my day. I need to stay on goal today and remain focus. Good luck to everyone! Have a fantastic day.

I totally failed at yesterday's mini challenge! I added it to my goal list today and will add the 50 push ups. I know I can do this!!!! I am not hopeless at exercise!
