everyone has a different foot and what works for one may not work for another. go to the running store and have them help you. also........i have found that most supportive running shoes are an investment. they are usually good for around 400 miles so they're worth it...................so are your joints! good luck. also…

got in my 3 miles with a wind chill of zero! helped that hubby wanted to go as well. still worked up a sweat and boy did i need the extra calories! spin and group power tomorrow!

i did 4 last night........the most since my marathon! it was killer...............am working today so no running for me!

no matter what i try i can't seem to stomach the oatmeal. i prefer oat bran with a bit of splenda. its a texture thing for me.

i say go for it! i finished two marathons, 2 10 milers and 3 half marathons (and a few 5Ks) in 15 months. i did take a rest day every week but otherwise ran everyday. i think i could have eeked out a slow 20 minute run on my "off" day. best of luck to you.................but try to throw in a little cross training in…

yes......................get new shoes and not nike. they have really poor cushioning. also if you are serious about the fitness buy up on the shoes. they are your first defense against the impact. i am a runner and obviously opinionated about shoes................i used to wear nike then i tried some others and couldn't…
