I can promise you, I am not eating too much! People are acutally concerned, that I am not eating enough. I weigh my food. Everything! Even if it says Tablespoon, I always use the grams. I try to eat 40% Protein, 30% Carbs (good ones) and Fat each. I am not lying, trust me...

I weight all my food. Maybe I am still eating too many carbs? I don't eat rice, noodles, bread, potatoes, corn... but I do eat beans. I am a vegetarian, so I have to get my protein from a plant based diet. I will go back on protein shakes. Maybe that will help?

I eat 1500 kcal and burn between 1000 and 1300 kcal. I do not eat those back!

I am 5'4'' and I weigh 155 lbs. I eat between 1200 and 1500 kcal a day. I don't think it is healthy to go even lower than that... Sorry. But if that would be the problem, I would be able to fix it, trust me!

That is why I think my body is just done losing weight. I was 264 lbs and am now 155. I guess it had enough. Sadly I am not at my goal of 130 lbs..

I haven't lost any weight in 4 month! I don't log here on MFP. I log on another app. But starting from now on. I will log here as well. I will just come back here in 2 weeks and you can see what I am eating. :)

2-3 hours a day. I cannot go lower on my kcal intake! And I do intense workouts. I do HIIT, Insanity, Cycling... I wear a heartrate monitor. I will do that. I already eat a lot of nuts (pistachios, almonds). I am not a fan of peanut butter :( I will up my calorie intake to 1200 - 1300 and hope that it helps...

She just asked me how much I work out a day and my weight and height. That's it. She said I should eat between 1000 and 1200 kcal (of course not when I work out). But I am so used to eating that amount, that I can't eat more...
