HELP!!! Stall for 2 month!

Hey
I have been in a stall for 2 month now!!! I don't know what I am doing wrong. It is really frustrating. I will open my Diary for you guys. The order is a little weird, because I changed everything...

Someone said I eat too many carbs - could that be the problem?

    If you don't have your goal set to lose 1lb/wk, I would suggest changing it to that. Then, actually eat TO your calorie goal, including at least 50% of your exercise calories if not more, for at least a month. See if that changes anything.

    is there a certain limit? Like if I have 1000 exercise calories how many should I eat back? My daily goal is 1000- 1200 kacal. So should I eat 2000 then?

    if u eat 2000 calories, dont eat the exercise calories back
    but looking at ur diary, u seem to be eating too few calories. u should be netting ur BMR.
