  • Sorry about that, yeah, I think that site is mainly geared towards paleo/primal eating. This site however, all the jar salads seem to be vegetarian, using tofu, quinoa, etc. http://backtoherroots.com/2013/04/09/salad-in-a-jar-101/
  • Wine and chocolate! mmmm. Or almond crackers with some raw honey and cheese. I have a problem hitting my fat macro, so I might eat an avocado with some plain yogurt, or I make a hot drink with almond milk, dark chocolate, and some almond butter thrown in the microwave. I sometimes add stevia.
  • At night I use grapeseed oil to remove my makeup, just rub some on my face for a while, then rinse with warm water. Afterwards I wipe my face with rose water witch hazel on a cotton ball. If my face is especially dry I use a glycerin water mix that I lightly spray on my face (Amazing for dry skin, haven't had any dry…
  • I graduated from an art school and am currently a 3d artist. My goal is to be a video game character artist. I love 2d art as well. And I second people posting pictures of their artwork, or linking to their writing, etc! Feel free to add me anyone =]
  • I think you're supposed to put the dressing on the bottom along with hard items that won't get soggy or you wouldn't mind soaking up the dressing (carrots, quinoa, tofu, etc.) Then the lettuce goes on top so it stays nice and crispy! Haha but yeah, if you don't like flavors mixing then that's another problem.
  • I've become mildly obsessed with mason jars recently. So far I've just been making a bunch of breakfast smoothies over the weekend and then freezing them in mason jars, but I definitely want to try the salad in a jar technique. Here's a link to a woman who makes six salads (3 different kinds) within an hour. They look so…
  • You're welcome, glad I could help! Keep updating, I'd like to know if it helps with your plateau =]
  • Almond milk with almond butter and a chunk of dark chocolate, sometimes I put stevia in it. And then I warm it up in the microwave! Coconut oil is also a good source. I second bacon and eggs =]
  • Oh! and it's free, here's the link! http://www.nike.com/us/en_us/c/womens-training/apps/nike-training-club
  • If you have an iOS or Android device you could download Nike Training Club, it's a personal trainer app. It has a lot of great workouts ranging from 15-45 minutes and they're categorized into Get Lean, Get Toned, and Get Strong, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. That way you can choose which level of…

  • Pepperplate is a great site for recipe saving and meal planning. It's online and also syncs up with your iPhone if you have one (not sure if it's on Android). You just copy and paste the link from a popular recipe site (epicurious, foodnetwork, etc.) onto their site and it imports all the ingredients, directions, and…
  • I'm not sure about the food, but I know you should eat some protein within an hour of working out because it's the optimum time for your body to synthesize protein and build muscle. As for working out, I would recommend Nike Training Club if you have iOS or Android. It's free and has great workouts ranging from 15-45 min…
  • Maybe hard boiled eggs for breakfast to replace the cereal/waffles/oatmeal, and a salad instead of the sandwich during lunch? You would still be getting carbs from the fruit and veggies. As a time saving tip you can make ahead salad in jars, where you layer salad ingredients in a mason jar (dressing on the bottom so the…
