What are some good high fatty snacks? I have trouble hitting my fat macro.

    Almonds, hummus, olive oil - cooking, salad dressing, etc. I don't have problems hitting mine, where is yours set too?

    What's your fat macro set too?

    cheese, full fat milk, any nuts, dark chocolate (also milk chocolate, but dark chocolate has more nutrient value), eggs (I highly recommend more eggs in your diet), beef, bacon

    Almond milk with almond butter and a chunk of dark chocolate, sometimes I put stevia in it. And then I warm it up in the microwave! Coconut oil is also a good source. I second bacon and eggs =]
