I like to make egg white migas. Slice 1-2 corn tortillas in 1/4 inch strips. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil saute until crispy. Add egg whites, diced onion and green pepper, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder.

I will up my food intake. For some reason, I thought that eating the extra calories I earned from exercise was bad. I usually aim to stay at my goal of 1400 regardless of exercise. Thanks for the advice
