  • Don't do it! When I did low carb, that was always the kiss of death for me. I would eat that one snack or meal... and then I would rationalize another "I'm already out of ketosis, so I'll start fresh tomorrow..." Which would be come Monday, then the beginning of the month.   • Your food choices look good. Watch those coke zeros. I had to cut out the Crystal Lite and other diet drinks (I also love the cherry coke zero!). It seems that the aspartame in them was stalling me big time! Try cutting the cokes and just do straight water for a week and see what happens. Good luck!

  • That is JUST what I needed to hear! I've been hitting my calories, getting my daily exercise burn, and watching the scale go UP! I'm sure it's just my body adjusting to the changes, but it is so frustrating. Thanks for sharing.... and WAY TO GO!
