I love it with miracle whip (you don't need much!), some sweet relish & spicy brown mustard. Yum, love it on a wrap, bread, crackers or even on a salad in place of dressing. I also like adding tuna & veggies to some pasta dishes. You could even slice up cucumber in place of crackers. Nom nom nom! :-)

Grew up on Diet Pepsi & Equal. My weight will take me out way before my Diet Pepsi does. It is what it is. And the Diet Pepsi didn't make me balloon up, but my out of control eating habits sure did.

1900 calories a day & I don't eat back my exercise calories. I walk 30 minutes everyday either outside or on the treadmill. I'm 23, 5'2 and currently 246 lbs. ETA: SW 283 & I've stuck to 1900 calories the whole time.

It is more expensive, but I try to control the expense by selecting store brands when cheaper, buying produce at our Sam's Club & buying fresh meats & fish in bulk. I did clomid this last cycle & starting at about 5 days before my period the cramping started. I didn't end up pregnant though. Decided to take a break this summer & loose more weight before continuing with more clomid cycles.

The ideal weight range for a 5'6 female is between 123 lbs and 154 lbs. I'd say you probably don't need to loose anymore weight. At 17 you're still growing. I think a female teenager requires like 1800 calories a day at a minimum.

I always loose from the top before the bottom, in my pictures you can see my progress so far. I have noticed that the stationary bike has really helped in starting to tone my legs & behind, so that is nice. Maybe by summer I will like how I look in a pair of shorts!
