At 55 lbs lost I have only went down 1 pants size & 1 shirt size. If my waist was keeping up with my legs and bottom it would be 2 sizes. Hopefully in 10 lbs or so I'll get down to the next pant size.

I'm 5'2, 240 lbs and eat 1900 calories each day. I do not eat back exercise calories. I walk 5 or 6 days a week for 30 minutes pushing a double stroller with 2 toddlers. I usually loose 2-3 lbs a week.

I love it with miracle whip (you don't need much!), some sweet relish & spicy brown mustard. Yum, love it on a wrap, bread, crackers or even on a salad in place of dressing. I also like adding tuna & veggies to some pasta dishes. You could even slice up cucumber in place of crackers. Nom nom nom! :-)
