This is me so far. I have a long ways to go. Pardon my hair in the recent photo. I haven't had it dyed yet. The first picture was taken in 2015. The second one was taken after about 25 pounds lost. I am down another 12 since then.

I put on a pair of size 16 jeans that I couldn't even get around my thighs. Now they fit around my waist, still a little bit tight but in a couple of pounds they will be perfect. Most of my 18s fall down right now. I keep having to pull them up.

I usually save some calories for after dinner and eat something like a small container of applesauce, a fiber one bar, an ounce of cheese, a couple dark chocolate truffles, a small bag of popcorn.

You are wrong by saying that most people don't do everything they are told. I went to every support group before hand, had years of therapy, did all my research but I still regained every pound plus some and got to my highest weight of 317 pounds. I buy smart food variety packs of popcorn. Much simpler to calculate and individual servings.

Made it into the 230s. I was so happy this morning. Down 36 pounds since January.

I mostly do walking and do weights 3 times a week because I have an ankle injury do you think that is okay? You made me wonder if I am doing enough right now. I was doing the elliptical but I can't right now.

no they don't. Many will start regaining the weight once you reintroduce carbs.

Depends how they are made for me. I started at a size 18 and a 4x in shirts. Now I can wear some size 16s but not if they are jean material and an 18-20 in shirts which is a 1x or 2x.

There are many people who don't like exercise but do it anyway. There is one lady who goes to my gym who has been going every day for a couple of years. She still hates it but goes anyway. Sure it is best if you find something you enjoy but not everybody does. They learn to do it because of the health benefits they get.

I started with 2500 and now average at least 15,000 sometimes around 20,000 a day. The only exercise I do is take the dog for a walk before bed. Go to bed earlier. I try and not eat anything past 8:30. This is just what I do. Not everyone has to follow it. If I stay up too late, I start thinking about food and what I can eat. I have low calorie snacks and I prelog them ahead of time for night time. Then I close out my food diary for the day. This way I know I am…
