nothing really. I never was big on going out to eat anyway at fast food joints or restaurants only on rare occasions. Milk chocolate is kind of sweet to me now even though I still like it on sometimes but I prefer dark. There are many foods I don't enjoy much anymore but that happened years ago such as steak,…

I was drinking 2 or 3 cans of regular mt dew daily and it was one of the first things i worked on changing. Since January I have drank 1 ginger ale and 1 can of mt dew. The ginger ale was one of those really tiny cans. The mt dew was a 16 ounce bottle that I drank on two separate occasions. If I really want one I will…

Don't know much about gluten intolerance but I know lactose intolerance is real. I love my dairy and milk products but if I drink too much I get seriously bad stomach issues. I didn't have this problem until I got older. I would probably drink a gallon of milk every 2 to 3 days. Now that I am not drinking as much milk or…

Again the glasses are bigger than they used to be. What is so hard to understand about that? Geez. Even when I used to add 1/4 cup of creamer it never reached the top and never overflowed. They are 16 ounce dollar tree glasses I used for my coffee. They are probably 18 ounces because everything is bigger this day and age…

For one the fat free milk has protein. It does have coffee in it. That is the way I like it. Nothing wrong with it. I started with a quarter of a cup to one half of cup of creamer in it when I was eyeballing it. A lot of drinks from Starbucks and most coffee joints make it much sweeter than I have it. I am down to 2…

Some people say eating at maintenance works to restart the loss. You may try it for a day and see if it works.

I get this. I really do. I would have the same problem if I had an open bag of chips or popcorn here. That is why I only buy single servings anymore. You got this. It is one bad day. Awesome that you got below 200 pounds. That is my goal too someday.

don't keep them in the house especially trigger foods. One thing I do is buy single serving sizes. Another thing is I usually have to leave the house to go get it if I want it bad enough. I have had truflles around since december and eat 1 or 2 when my calories allow even though I love them. Now if it was reeses I wouldn't…

I still have depression which I have had for years but exercise does help better your mood and helps you feel better about yourself. It isn't a cure all nor is it medication or therapy.

you look incredible. Way to go. What an inspiration

I started by going 7 days a week, mostly doing the elliptical and weights every other day until it became a habit. Unfortunately while walking the dog I injured my ankle again. Now I am in a walking boot and am limitted to weight lifting and walking. I found out that I really miss doing the elliptical. I guess the trick is…

Count me in. Highest weight 317 pounds Starting weight 275 pounds in January Current weight 242.8 pounds. Short term goal is to get to 235 Long term goal to weight 135-145 and wear a size 14 pants or lower. I have never been below a 15/16 in my life. I have lost 32.5 pounds and would like to way around 215 before I go to…

I may have to try these. They sound yummy

what are sultanas, also how many calories per ball

If it fits in your calorie allotment you can have it pretty much. Some days i crave peanut butter and chocolate so I will buy a reeses and eat it if it fits in my calories. If it doesn't then I will find a less calorie replacement like a fiber one bar or share half with someone. I can keep a lot of junk in my house and not…

fiber one bars, flavored mini rice cakes, an ounce of cheddar cheese about 140 calories for 4 slices, mozarella sticks, a couple of dark chocolate truffles, beef jerky. A lot of people like halo top icecream.

If you can battle cancer you can do anything. You got this. I lost my father to colon cancer.

You look amazing. Your legs look so much longer. I hope that happens to me. Great job

I don't know if we helped you any. As you see most people have their favorites. Good luck with whatever you choose.

That is what people who said after they had bariatric surgery also. My diabetes is gone. Again it is because of the weight loss, nothing really to do with Keto. Keto is the flavor of the month.
-
Type 2 is usually a result of being overweight. As soon as you lose the weight, many people improve or are cured. Keto has nothing really to do with that. Type 1 is a whole different ball game

I agree it is frustrating. I guess the thing is to make peace with the scale and realize that you aren't going to lose everyday. In fact some days you will regain the few pounds you lost only to lose it again a few days later. If you realize that eventually as long as you are tracking what you eat and staying within your…

if you have money I would invest in a fitbit. You can start by doing some walking like maybe 2000 steps and then increase it over a period of time. I was pretty much a couch potato when I started. (my poor dog) His walks were pretty much being let out and going as far as needed to do his duty and come home. Anyway a fitbit…

buy a single serving and if it fits into your macros eat it. I was craving reeses cups this week and bought 1 bar, logged it and ate it with no guilt.
