I do a long run (12 miles) on Sunday, shorter faster run on Tuesday (about 5/6 miles) and a short run followed by hill sprints on a Friday (usually about 3 miles + 6x 30secs up a hill). There's stuff at my work all the time. If it's been specially baked by someone, I'll try a bit. But if it's just been bought in a shop, what's the big deal? It's just a biscuit, after all.

Me, I love it. I run better during winter for some reason, cold and dark, than I do hot and bright in the summer. I bought a pair if trail shoes in the sales and enjoy the way snow makes me have to think about balancing, it feels like more of a whole body workout!

I'm off work for two weeks so changed my activity level from lit to sedentary. Other than that, no change. Even managed a booze-free night out tonight :-)

I'm doing 11 miles on Sundays, 5ish on Tuesdays and 4+hill sprints on Fridays. Mixed with gym on Monday, Thursday and Saturday seems to be keeping me trim :-)

This explains everything. I microwave all my sun rich food and have been feeling less healthy recently. A quick biophoton check (you can do it online) shows I am only 35% charged! Now looking for something to buy to make it better! I'll let you know how I get on.
