Ooh, just spotted my profile pic, ouch.

According to some people in my gym, every 15 seconds or so.

Lots of core work.

Remember, a much more common cause of head injuries is simply falling, and we (and children!) are far more likely to receive a head injury INSIDE a car than out of it. So the message is clear - if you value wearing a helmet on your bike, you should be wearing a helmet everywhere!

Absolutely fantastic.

EVERY successful person on this site, and beyond, started by getting 3 days down! Well done you!

As well as thinking about what's "best", also think about what you enjoy best. Find an activity, exercise, class or sport that you can't wait to do and you're more likely to stick to it. Good luck!

Your whole attitude looks different, more committed and determined. Nice one!

This was the key to me improving my times - 5/6/7 treadmill miles (blah) with the first and last as warm up / down, and the middle ones at a faster than usual pace. The treadmill kept me honest...

Welcome to the awakening! One more of us, one less of them!

What? That's 10kg in new money - is that possible? A 10kg trip to the loo sounds like a recipe for serious ceramic damage...

Be the first to not go every day, and I bet one or two will be relieved and join you!

Me - I love it. Looks good, it's very light, customisable faces and apps. No wrist HRM but I wear the chest strap for running so not a problem for me. Counts steps if that's your thing, great GPS and app for running. No regrets buying.

This. You may as well have credited your lucky hat instead of your magic pills if you were dieting and exercising at the same time!

I have a magic stone in my back garden which keeps tigers away. Do you know links to studies which opposes this?

That all reads like it's been badly translated by a computer..."the proper digestion begins in the oral cavity thanks to satisfactory chewing of food"

I'm jealous of anyone else's trip to the gym, have fun.

Got my first one on Wednesday at age 42 - a stag representing the realisation that I have loved running all my life, and still do. I was looking for a reminder and companion, and a slight Scottish twist. And I love it.

Not for you, maybe for her, live and let live.

Thank you?

I wore my HRM for a weights session, once, out of interest. It actually confirmed that the "strength training" entry in MFP's cardio exercise list was pretty accurate. Enough, at least for me.

On Monday the temperature outside was 0 degrees Celsius. On Tuesday it was twice as cold. What temperature was it on Tuesday?
