Oh, I'd love to have this on disc for my 75-year-old mom. She'd love it...and she could do it when she doesn't feel like driving to her little gym! :smile:

I try to keep mine intake around 1200. I earn more when I exercise, which includes running, walking, elliptical machines and weight training (roughly 4-5 days per week). I'm 5'5" and weigh 160. I have 10 more pounds to lose. :smile:
