keep going - don't let going over for a few days stop you - if you get right back on it won't make any difference I am sure! You could always try burning some extra calories to make up for it? Does anyone know if you can carry calories over if you gain lots in one day through excercise and want to use some the next day???…

I find it hard to eat early! I bought a smoothie maker and get 1-3 or my five a day by making fruit smoothies now. You can get aps for recipes! x
