  • I work for a group of cardiologists and you have to go at your own pace. Some people are ready in 10 days and some people aren't ready for a month or two. Please don't push yourself too hard :)

  • Over the Labor Day weekend I was able to put on 7 pounds :( I am happy to say that it took roughly a week for me to be at pre-vacation weight and now back under. Just have to stay dedicated. It's the darn drinking that slows the metabolism wayyy down!!!
  • Before I lost much of my weight (which basically solved this problem) I would wear 2 sports bras that were designed for high impact and an exercise tank with a light built in bra. It was way more comfortable because if you don't tame them it hurts!
