Need more friends on here !

So I'm kai, and I'm on my journey to loosing 45 pounds for my health. I'm doing active cycling and weight training weekly with a heathy diet. My daily routine of cycling 2x a day is hard, but I can end up burning up to 800-1000 calories a day! I'm looking for friends of all types, sizes, and diets. I'm actively on here, and I love talking to people about their journeys! Add me if you want a new bud. (:

    Hi I'm Erika, I'll be your friend and maybe we can keep each other motivated. I'm a little older than you I'm 38 and about 173lbs but I'm still working hard at it.

    I have a daughter your age, I'm trying to get her to be more active and eat heather too. She is 5'4" and about 190lbs, recently had open heart surgery to repair her heart murmur. So until she had her surgery she couldn't do much so she packed on the pounds. Well she started feeling so bad about herself and that made me feel guilty about working out and worrying about my body so I just started to let it go. Now that she had her surgery she is free to do whatever she wants, no bad heart holding her back. She has started working out but I can't get through to her about her eating habits. Oh well one step at a time, and I need to keep at it because the older you get the harder it is to lose weight.

    Oh I'd be happy to help keep you motivated :) There are some wonderful people on this site and I have been fortunate to have found them!! They have helped me and I'd love to bounce ideas off of someone else. Currently I need to lose another 15.5 pounds (I know what my ticker says, but my daily food diary always has the morning weight) to hit my goal and that would make it 91.4 pounds since I started this journey almost a year ago :) I will spread the word that you are looking for people too!!
