Depends on how my day goes....if I feel too hungry in the early afternoon I pre-log that supper so that I may have a little talk with myself... If I am up up up emotionally not necessary....I just don"t even think about food. Guess I am an emotional eater....

Yes there is an awful lot of silly yada yada......BUT.......always with the big butt!! Your friend has to develop a dogged determination to get this thing done for his health. This is the factor that the BMI does not allow for........body size. I am great at 134. 5'4'', 7'' wrist, athletic muscular. I was 128 in my pic with my daughter at the Texas monument. I ration caloires to allow for an Adkins....160 or half of a Muscle Milk 110. Both are low carb with Atkins being the lowest. That'll hold you till lunch. Lisa
