Here I go "again"?

Seems like I will always be learning how to lose. And it was easier when I was younger. What can I do? I will ignore the quick fixes. It is totally frustrating to be unable to get it OFF.

I am following basically low carb paleo. I feel better with less grains....more protein.
I exercise in spurts throughout the day because it is easier. I cannot sustain more than 15 minutes of movement for exercise because of the MS.

I am discouraged.

One day at a time.

    Add me as a friend.....I am on low carb and exercise intermittently.
    I am on thyroid and am still having a hard time loosing as well..

    The good news is that I am not gaining.

    I have 40 something to loose.

  • One day at a time is all anyone can do, and 15 minute lots of activity is more than I'm doing at the moment.

    Making a positive change is a big start! Good luck.
