First ride in a few weeks and first with my children since my rubbish ride to the park last month. Air in the tires did the trick, I'm back to riding my brakes so I don't outstrip them terribly. 4/25: 6.18 miles

Air in the tires helped. I did the same ride that I struggled with last week, went a mile farther and knocked 5 minutes off of my time. It's still not much as I'm just starting back😳 March 20: 3.3 miles March 23: 4.6 miles March 26: 4.23 miles

Definitely technique! I thought my stem was broken. It didn't seem to matter how I tried the pump, no air was getting in. The guy at the bike shop said that sometimes pushing the stem in and out a couple of times, priming it, helps. Though, he did say that he had a lady last week who brought her bike in for the same reason…

My front tire is low, but I couldn't get any air into it. I'm going to the bike store on Monday to have them check the tube.
