I love oatmeal. I don't buy the packets anymore. I moved over to regular oats and I add in flavoring. I have to watch my carb intake (pre-diabetic at one point), but my nutritionist is okay with real oatmeal. It is fuel for my day.

I make it part of my daily schedule. I pick classes that have firm start and ending times. I also go in the morning, so that it isn't hanging over my head all day.

I swear by my cycling shorts but some people do not like the way they look. They sell cycling liners that you can wear under your regular shorts and they sell shorts that look like regular shorts but they have padding.

I have walked out of classes where I did not like the instruction. I love my regular BodyPump teacher, but she has had some questionable subs. If there is time, I let a sub know that I have a bad lower back and knees. I ask that they include modifications. The classes are suppose to be challenging but fun!
