  • either run on the roads cause they clear those first or run in the grass. It wont be slippery in the grass and you get a heck of a workout. Just don't expect to run as fast or as far.
  • ILS - that is the funniest thing I have heard all day!
  • They always say if you don't recognize the ingredient...don't eat it. Read the ingredients on the shakes, you wont be able to pronounce half of it. Plus, the chocolate flavor made my lips and tongue go numb and that just didn't seem right.
  • I am a huge cheese lover and have not figured out a way to do it right, so i just avoid cheese. One day a week i treat myself and splurge on some good nachos and that usually holds me over for the week.
